$210 Intake Assessment
$160 Individual Psychotherapy
We accept all major credit cards and Health Savings cards.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We do accept most insurance plans and acceptance depends upon each individual clinician. Some of the health insurance plans accepted are Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Cofinity, Humana, Priority Health, Magellan, Medicaid, Medicare, Meridian, McLaren, Molina and TriCare.
IS THERE PAPERWORK I NEED TO COMPLETE PRIOR TO ATTENDING COUNSELING?
When you ask to book an appointment online we will accept your request and you will receive paperwork via email prior to your first scheduled session. You will electronically sign these documents if you set up an online portal. However, if you have any questions about this paperwork or would like your therapist/coach to review it with you we are happy to do this with you at any time.
Teletherapy for Michigan residents, online video therapy, is available. Please call to schedule this therapy if this is your preference.
CAN YOU TALK TO MY (PHYSICIAN/PARENT/SPOUSE/ETC.) ABOUT MY TREATMENT?
Yes, all you need to do is completed a Release of Information (ROI) form, and we can communicate with whomever you give us permission to. You can also specify on the ROI form about how specific you would like us to be about the information we disclose.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment. The full session fee is charged for missed appointments or appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior. Please contact us or use our client portal to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can also choose to receive text or email reminders 1 day prior to your appointment in case you need to cancel.
